This is a fairly rare Japanese advance promo CD for The Sensual World. It's been said that there are only 300 pressed copies, but that number could be smaller. It comes in a custom card picture sleeve with the album artwork on the front. The photo and text are actually a dark brown colour, with a slight hint of red to it… almost like a darker shade of burnt sienna.
The back of the sleeve features both English and Japanese
text, but the CD is printed with predominantly English text.
