On Stage - Spain 7" Single
Spanish release of On Stage comes in a single pocket sleeve made of thicker paper material. The cover art is the same as the UK release, but with the addition of Spanish text, a different catalogue number, etc. There's also one interesting alteration on the front cover with the "On Stage" lettering, which I don't think anyone has ever picked up on before. If you look at the letter O in "On" and the letters S and T in "Stage", you will see that very specific cuts and trims have been made to those letters in specific places. Some cuts look like slivers, and other cuts look like little gouges. It's easy enough to miss if you aren't paying close attention. I have absolutely no idea if this was a printing error or done on purpose, but every Spanish copy has this.
The back of the sleeve also uses the same artwork found on the UK release, but on this release it's been tinted with a reddish brown colour.
The record labels are similar to the UK ones at the time, except the EMI logo is considerably smaller. Song titles are printed in both English and Spanish, with the distribution information also in Spanish.

On Stage - UK Fourth Reissue 7" Single: The Single File Box Set Release
Since I'm hoping to completely redo my original post on The Single File box set very soon (perhaps even later on today), I thought it was time to post the version of On Stage that came with it, which I've never actually done before.
This one is interesting because On Stage was issued quite a few times in the UK. The one found in The Single File box set is a fourth reissue release. As far as I know, the box set is the only place where you'll find this particular reissue.
In this case, they simply copied a third issue sleeve. If you take a look at the full outer front of the entire sleeve (or even just the back portion) you will easily see the spine of the third issue sleeve showing.
The inside of the sleeve is pretty interesting too. As far as I can remember, this is the only issue to have flaps on the inside... and bad ones at that. Not only do they run directly through the acknowledgements, but none of the photos are lining up properly.
Also, if I remember correctly, this is the only UK reissue where the titles are all printed in capital lettering.

Kate Bush On Stage - Canada 7" Single/12" Gatefold Sleeve
The Canadian 7" EP release of On Stage comes specially housed in a die-cut gatefold 12" sleeve. It's one of the more unique Canadian releases in my opinion. The front of the 12" gatefold also advertises The Kick Inside (Canadian release) and Lionheart. Interestingly enough, The Kick Inside is a photo, whereas Lionheart is an illustration. I've always found that a little odd.
The back of the gatefold sleeve is fairly plain, except for a bit of distribution information along the bottom. I suspect this was done on purpose because they needed most of the backing to create the inner flaps that would hold the 7" into place.
This just lets you see how the single looks resting inside of the sleeve. I also saved one of my original photos so that you can see the entire inside sleeve. As you can see, the inside is plain cardboard, which I think is a bit of a letdown.
The Canadian single also comes in a gatefold sleeve, with pretty much the same layout as the UK version. The record labels are different and feature the Harvest logo on them.
