The Canadian sleeve carries the exact same front and back artwork as the UK 12" single. The sleeve is also made out of much thicker card than the UK release.
The inner sleeve is a clear plastic one. I'm not a fan of these as they tend to act like static magnets each time you remove the record from it.
The record labels are also completely different to the UK ones and feature huge EMI America logos on each side.
