UK three track promo advanced Radio CD which was given out to radio stations in advance of the album's release for promotion purposes. This one also came in a flimsy jewel case.
The insert is a single, one-sided page. It also lists the tracks, the release date of the album with a few other random bits of information.
If I remember correctly, and don't quote me on this, I believe about 400 copies were made.
