This is the second release of the Red Shoes 7" single from the UK. I almost hate using the phrase "second release" because it implies that it's a second issue release, and it's not. It's still a first issue release, but this version has silver injected moulded labels, whereas the other version has paper picture labels. As far as I know everything else about them is identical.
