The Canadian sleeve carries the exact same front and back artwork as the UK 12" single. However, the Canadian sleeve is more sturdy, being made out of thicker cardboard... whereas the UK sleeve is made from a more flimsy paper-like material, which is much easier to damage.
Like most other Canadian or U.S. 12" singles at the time, this one also came in one of those clear plastic record sleeves. I was never a fan of these things because they acted like static magnets each time you removed your records to play, and they basically drew all the crap floating around in the air directly to the record. Fun times!
The record labels are also completely different to the UK ones and feature huge EMI America logos on them. If you want to check out the UK 12" just to compare, you can do that right here.
