The Kate Inside - Exhibition Catalogue (Guido Harari)

I wasn't planning to ever post this one, simply because it would be impossible to scan it in without destroying the spine, but with the recent passing of Lindsay Kemp, I thought I'd make an attempt to photograph each page with my camera. I'm not going to pretend these are spectacular photos, but at least it gives you a look at the contents if you haven't seen this before.

The Kate Inside Exhibition Catalogue was created to coincide with the release of the book, but also as part of the exhibition itself at London's Art Bermondsey Project Space back in 2016.

There's a short write up by Lindsay Kemp a few pages or so into the catalogue, along with a longer one by Guido as he details his involvement with photographing Kate. I am aware not all the text is visible or clear, but I also didn't promise spectacular photos.

This softcover exhibition catalogue measures 8" x 8" and I think it's a bit of a shame to even call this a catalogue. It really is like having another book. It's packed with photos of Kate and Lindsay - both in full colour and sepia... all of which can be found in The Kate Inside book. The last two pages of the catalogue feature the exhibition address, acknowledgements, a basic bio on Guido and a brief summary of the photos used here.

Leftover copies from the 2016 exhibition were later sold via the website for The Wall of Sound Gallery.
