The Red Shoes - UK CD Single: Part 1

This was part one of a two part CD set release for The Red Shoes single in the UK back in 1994. I remember getting it when it was first released because I was probably more excited about the new song 'You Want Alchemy' more than anything else. It does also feature the video mix for Cloudbusting, and I think this was the first time the video mix ever got an official release.

The insert is folded in half and one-sided. The opposite side is blank, so I didn't see the point of scanning that in. The front cover uses a still from The Line, The Cross & the Curve, and the back of the insert is just an extreme close up of Kate holding the shoes.

The CD is a picture disc and it's housed in a CD case designed with a double-sided swing tray.

When this was new, the opposite side of the swing tray came with this cardboard CD shaped cut-out promoting the second part. I still have mine after all these years, but if you're buying this single second-hand, there are no guarantees that it will still be in there after all these years.

The inlay tray insert is interesting because it has a huge typo, which I don't think a lot of people have ever noticed. Here's a clue: Look at the title for This Woman's Work.
