USA 1 track promo CD single featuring Kate's version of Rocket Man from the Two Rooms album.
There isn't much more to say about this one, other than the fact that it's probably the cheapest looking promo ever made. The CD came in one of those thin CD cases, and no inserts of any kind were made for it - so what you see is what you get.
