The UK CD single for The Sensual World has the same artwork and track list as the 12" single release.
This also comes in a slim jewel case. The insert is folded in half, but the inside is completely blank. This is also another one of those inserts that becomes easily marred by the natural oils in your fingers, so be careful with how you touch it. Once they become stained the damage is pretty permanent.
The CD is a plain black, so there really isn't much more to say about it.
