The Canadian 7" single for The Big Sky has the exact same sleeve artwork as the UK release - front to back. However, the Canadian sleeve is a very cheap paper sleeve compared to the UK one.
Like with all Canadian singles, this one also has the large centre holes. Two different logos for EMI America are on the record labels.
